Gagar River, Surguja Southern Area Sangharsh Morcha
.......they are destroyers of the people's hope.
Respectable Cheif Minister, MLA and all dear Ministers are so dead blind that when they divided Surguja district into three new districts Surajpur, Balrampur and the rest of the Surguja respectvely they didnt think about the problems of poor villagers, students and women will suffer from. For examle prior to division Kakna, Aara, Ghatgaon, Bhilai Khrudh, Batidandh, Bheski, Baghima, Bariyon, Chanchi, Khukhri, Badaoli, Revatpur, Dhandhapur, Padaniya, Sidhma, Pahadpara and rest all Surguja all were within 15km - 30km from District Central, Judicial Work, Govt Unemployment Registration etc but since the division we have to travel 100km - 125 km. Ever increasing economy is already hurting our budget but now this extreme desicion (without discussion with the villagers) has doomed evrything money + time.
Before it was very convinient for us to have all govt realted registration by evening but now it takes hours to reach and hours to get our issues resolved. We could imagine how tough it would for those Women who have child on hand and paperwork on other. Old aged villagers and poor people who dont have money to fill thier tummy.
Students, Villagers and women protested peacfully against this act passed by Vidhansabha (cabinet). Atleast they could have talked with our Sarpanch and respsentatives of Protesters group about the issues but instead they sent police for Lathicharge.
After this total ignorance by the Govt all the above mentioned Villages have decided to quit peacful protest and adopt violent means of protest, as it seems peace has lost its importance in Govt. eyes.
No vote policy for the coming Chattisgarh State Election 2013 by all of the above Villages.
Wise Villagers are speaking in one tone " Ab Ahiya Beta Vote mangebar teghin gothiyab aur thengiyab".
Evenafter this if they will accept our demand, next step will be to unite all of the Surgujan division and will march the protest for a seprate Surguja State.
